MUNA was due to hold our Annual General Meeting at the end of January 2021. Due to the pandemic and subsequent restrictions we will be unable to go ahead at the present time and will have to postpone the event.
Our AGM is an important opportunity for us all to meet and allow you, our members, your opportunity to ask and discuss concerns as a community as well as keep you updated on the association’s work and management.
The MUNA committee will of course be looking to the future to hold the AGM at the earliest opportunity, once restrictions allow, and will be discussing ways we can make it happen while keeping the community’s safety our top priority.
Any future events such as the AGM or when our weekly surgeries are able to return, will be shared with you via our website Muna.org.es and the MUNA members page on Facebook.
We are assured of your understanding from some of the kind and supportive messages and comments we’ve received in recent weeks, for which we thank you.
We will continue to keep working and sharing important updates through our members page on Facebook and our website.
Should you wish to discuss any concerns or queries you have in the meantime you can contact myself or Norman Anderson or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you all for your continued support.

Welcomed to Asociación Vecinal MUNA.
We are a legally registered Neighborhood association that was established in January 2016 and is run voluntarily by a multi-national group of elected Committee members, democratically voted in by Members at the AGM and donate their time free of charge. We are also fortunate to have access to multi-lingual translators.
The association is open to all homeowners and residents of San Fulgencio municipality and its urbanizations on payment of the annual subscription.
Membership is 5.00 euros per person on joining and 2 euros per year for subsequent years due annually on or before 1 January.
We work as a mediator and a voice between the members and the council and vice versa.
We also help members with any problems they may have collaborating with the council, social services and / or local police as required.
Our aim is to improve the environment for the benefit of everyone.9
Muna committee members will advise of the arrangements for further surgeries.
🇬🇧MUNA’s opening hours
Due to unforeseen circumstances the MUNA office is now closed until further notice, if you have any urgent requests or problems please contact the secretary via our email address email@example.com or via the members Facebook page.
Due to the MUNA office being closed due to unforseen circumstances and the fact that obtaining appointments for the TIE/residencia swap are difficult to get, MUNA have decided to suspended the processing of TIE/Residencia swap until further notice.
The MUNA committee will be looking at the situation in the near future when appointments are freely available.
With this in mind, we would like to inform members that due to the amount of stationery that is used in the process, of completing and printing the forms and the amount of time the process consumes and availability of appointments plus the fact MUNA are a voluntary organisation, who’s staff do not get paid for their time. We may have to consider a small fee if we decide to continue the service.
If we decide to continue the service we will not include taking members to the immigration office at Alicante. George has done this in the past for personal friends only, and 2 people who were let down by their agents.
If you wish to complete the forms yourself, I will send you the instructions guide. Please contact me by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but this cannot be avoided.
